Sandton - 1.30 x 2 m
This screen consists of eucalyptus wood logs of various heights (up to 1.30 m) fastened to each other with two galvanised steel rods, which are covered in rope for a warm appearance. You can use the barrier, for example, to screen off a beach bar or to create an enclosed space, but it can be used just as well to enclose a private garden. They also meet the standard for swimming pool enclosures (NF P90-306).
The wood fades over time and has a very organic appearance due to the naturally irregular shapes of the logs.
Please note! Sandton screens are not self-supporting and must be fastened properly. Screw the screen firmly onto poles of approximately the same height as the screen (in a base) or poles of at most 50 cm longer (to bury into the ground). It is also possible to fasten the screens directly onto a wall or building using brackets (not included).

Wood treatment information
The poles are treated during production with Tanalith E according to European standards and are then dried.
Tanalith E is a treatment to give wood a longer life in which no arsenic or chromium is used. As a result, this treatment is also environmentally-friendly. The impregnation happens under high pressure in a vacuum and gives the wood a longer service life. Furthermore, the treatment ensures that the wood greys under the effect of UV radiation less quickly. Tanalith E gives the wood a bronze-green (comparable with a Celfix treatment) to green-brown colour. Over the course of time (6 - 12 months) this colour is reduced.
So the wood is already treated for greying and rot, but an extra treatment with oil can never be a bad thing. Furthermore, with an extra treatment you can modify the colour and appearance of the poles. When not in use, we recommend storing the poles in a well-ventilated, dry place. At all times, prevent the wood from getting damp by being stored in a badly-ventilated area.
Partyspace does not provide any wood oil, but the shops below provide wood oil.
